Welcome to the American Truck Driving Academy (ATDA) in Yankton, South Dakota. ATDA has developed a program which can solve many of the problems that occur within the trucking industry related to finding and training qualified drivers. Also, we provide students with an education, where upon graduation, they will be employed.

Your local truck driving schools goal is to produce professional truck drivers for our community!

Our program offers:

240 hour classroom and training program plus internship! And many more options available. 

A truck simulator to assist with training!

We also do CDL prep testing and skills testing for new applicants for employment!
